Job Description

Exterior Weatherization, Buildings 1001 & 1002

This project consists of exterior weatherization and painting work across Buildings 1001 and 1002 as follows:

Surface Preparation

Power wash all surfaces prior to painting/coating.

Below-Grade Waterproofing

At areas where walls abut soil, excavate down 6″ below grade, clean, waterproof, and paint. Backfill after coating is completed.

Stucco & Masonry Coating

Prep surfaces, caulk cracks, spot-prime repairs, and apply two coats of elastomeric paint to stucco and masonry walls, soffits, and ceilings, including the masonry wall at the mechanical yard.

Doors

Prep and apply two coats of paint to the exterior side of hollow metal doors and door frames. Prep and paint the exterior side of one roll-up door.

Downspouts & Gutters

Prep and paint previously painted downspouts and gutters.

Metal Structures

Prep and paint steel structure at canopies. Prep and paint wrought iron fence enclosing the courtyard between the two buildings. Prep and paint metal gate at the mechanical yard.
