Carrillo K-5 Communication and Creative Art Magnet School is a highly performing “A+” – rated school in the heart of Downtown Tucson.
This historic school was needing a major facelift and Riddle Painting & Coatings, Co. stepped up to make sure the exterior of the building matched the quality of the interior educational culture.
Scope
Repair all stucco surfaces to match existing surfaces.
Remove and replace all sealants at door and window frames.
Remove and replace loose and damaged glazing putty.
Remove, paint, and replace metal on windows after glazing has been replaced.
Prep, prime, and paint all stucco surfaces.
Prep prime and paint exterior doors, frames, overhead door vents, hm window frames, flagpole, metal flashings, roof ladders, handrails and metal bars.
Prep, prime and coat all exterior vertical and horizontal surfaces.
